Returns & Exchanges

 

EXCHANGES:

  • If you would like an exchange for a new size please pack up the product you have and send it back to the following address: "TDS, Unit 26, Kilwee Business Park, Upper Dunmurry Ln, Belfast BT17 0HD (Return for Resolute Bay)"
  • For a quick exchange please contact customerservice@resolutebay.cc letting us know what you have returned and what new size you would like.
  • If you attach a photo of your postage receipt we will be happy to ship the new size out before your item returns to us.

REFUNDS:

  • Please pack up your order and send it back to the following address: "TDS, Unit 26, Kilwee Business Park, Upper Dunmurry Ln, Belfast BT17 0HD (Return for Resolute Bay)"
  • For a quick refund please email customerservice@resolutebay.cc your details and a photo of the post office receipt so we can process your refund. 

FAULTS:

  • If your order is faulty in any way or the size is way bigger than advertised, please pack up your order and send it back to the following address: FAO Chris Taylor, Resolute Bay, 19 Bloomfield Park, Belfast, BT5 5JW
  • Please can you write a quick note about why you are returning them so we can fix any fit, construction issue for our next batch.
  • We will refund you all shipping costs so please email customerservice@resolutebay.cc a photo of your postage receipt

Q: How do I contact you?

A; When emailing us about your return or exchange, please send an email to customerservice@resolutebay.cc 

 

Q: How long do i have to return them?

A; If you placed your order any time after 1/2/20 and the product has not been used you are welcome to exchange or refund. 

 

Q: I have not yet received my refund!

A; I am very sorry if you returned your item and haven't automatically received your refund. Send us an email at customerservice@resolutebay.cc  and we will do this manually the same day.
